1)  Payment

  • Cleared funds should be received in our account 24 hours prior to payroll being processed to ensure that there are no delays.
  • The proof of payment (POP) should be emailed to mypayroll@mycash.co.zw  on the day of payment.

2) Payroll file

  • If you have a file format that you are currently using for payroll, please email it to mypayroll@mycash.co.zw   at least 48 hours before the scheduled payroll date.
  • If you do not have a file format you are currently using, please let us know and we will provide you with a simple template that you can use and email to mypayroll@mycash.co.zw  at least 48 hours before the scheduled payroll date.
